For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our North Melbourne location. We take great pride in our thoughtful presentation to ensure your keepsakes arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary based on your location within Australia or internationally. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched.

Customers enjoy clear, transparent pricing on all our products. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unused condition and thoughtfully packaged for return shipping.
