General Return Conditions
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase for all in-store returns at our Victoria St location.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
Received a gift from Actiontrail? We offer exchanges or store credit for gift items. If you don't have the original receipt, we can assist you if the item is part of our current curated selection and in perfect condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items
